Pole for Every Body- A Plus Size Pole Workshop
Pole dancing is for everybody — but there are things nobody tells you when you’re in a plus-size body. So often we feel as if these spaces aren’t made for us, and they most certainly are. Join this workshop to save yourself from frustration, self-doubt, and a whole lot of trial and error. This workshop is 3 years of those experiences and the lessons learned throughout, brought to you by our guest instructor, Jade.
What she will cover:
“Things I wish I knew as a baby poler in a plus-size body”
- A full body warm-up and the importance of warming and waking your body
- Functional mechanics with your curves in mind
- Modifications for common grip struggles
- A plus-size poler-specific climbing breakdown
- Building confidence on the pole from exactly where you are

Liquid Motion: Heels — 3-Part Workshop Series
Have you ever watched someone move in heels and thought — wow, how are they doing that?
That effortless glide. The way every movement looks intentional. The way the shoes become part of the dance instead of a distraction from it.
Liquid Motion doesn’t teach you to be sexy — it teaches you to be sensual. Sensual movement is the activation of the senses to create total body awareness. The ability to fully understand how your body naturally moves and what that feels like will ultimately give you the fluidity and Liquid style you’re looking for with heels. This 3-part workshop series brings that methodology to us — introducing you to the foundations of heelwork in a way that is safe, accessible, and deeply expressive.
Across the three sessions you’ll explore:
• How to glide — clack, draw, drag, dig, stall, thread and slide your platform stilettos
• Unique floorwork moves designed to accentuate and exaggerate your movement in platforms
• Strength, muscle activation, body awareness and flexibility exercises specific to heelwork
• How heelwork affects your body — and how to restore it when the shoes come off
No dance experience is necessary. The Liquid Motion methodology is designed for anyone who wants to understand movement in a way that feels good and works for their individual body.
Heels are encouraged but not required for all sessions.Knee pads required.
