Fit Body & Pole Studio Policies
Age Requirement:
You need to be at least 18 years old to join in on the fun as we are an adult only studio.
Class Registration:
We kindly ask that you pre-register for our classes. Make sure to sign a waiver (available via our app) and pay for your spot in the class. This allows us to start classes on time.
Cancellation Policy:
Classes: If you need to cancel a class, you can do so up to six hours before it starts and keep your class credit. But if you cancel within six hours of class it will count as a late cancellation and you will lose your class credit. Use our app for cancellations as our staff is not responsible for canceling class for you.
Private Lessons/Studio Rental: if you need to cancel a private lesson or studio rental, please do it at least 24 hours in advance. Cancel 24 hours before to avoid losing your credit. Less than 24 hours is a late cancellation forfeiting that class credit.
Late Policy:
We know life happens! That’s why we have a 10-minute late policy. But remember, you need to be part of the warm-up within 10 minutes of the class starting. If you arrive right at that 10-minute mark, unfortunately, you will considered a late cancel. This policy is for your safety and to not disrupt the flow of class for other clients.
Waitlist Policy:
WellnessLiving will keep you in the loop via emails and texts if you’ve opted in for notifications, up to 60 minutes before class if you get in off the waitlist. If you’re unsure about making it, it’s smart to remove yourself from the waitlist, as spots can open up anytime and you’ll be added. If you are waitlist and don’t get into the class, you are not charged a class credit.
Studio Class Cancellation:
If we need to cancel a class for any reason, we’ll notify you through email, text, through automated messages via WellnessLiving. Be sure you’re opted in for notifications. Classes with fewer than three clients may be canceled.
Lobby Policy: We love seeing friendships bloom and a sense of community here! But since space is limited, please arrive no more than 10 minutes early or stay 10 minutes after class to ensure everyone’s experience is top-notch. Keep the chatter low to not disturb the ongoing class, and remember, any personal belongings left for over 30 days become studio property.
No Spectators Allowed:
To keep our class vibe comfy and focused, we ask that no spectators join us in the lobby or studio. We adore kids and pets, but they can’t come along—only service dogs are welcome.
Refunds: We don’t offer refunds, classes and packages are non-shareable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. If you’re dealing with illness or injury, just email us at [email protected]with proof, and we’ll see of we can extend expiration dates.
Class Packages:
Class packages start date of purchase and have an expiration date. If you need an extension, we can do a one time 30 day extension for a fee of $25.
Memberships:
Membership fees are automatically withdrawn each month, we require a valid credit card on file at all times. They start the date you purchase them and renew monthly on that same date. Memberships continue until cancelled, unless otherwise noted. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice via the required membership cancellation form. Forms are available in the studio or via emailing [email protected] There is a $25 fee for declined credit card payments. You can manage your credit card info using our app. Remember, classes in your membership are for that month only and don’t roll over. If your membership includes a class late cancel/no show fee, it will be automatically charged.
Changes in memberships require 30 days’ notice, downgrades/upgrades.
Community & Safety:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech or aggression. Comments or actions based on race, gender identity, sexuality, and other personal attributes aren’t tolerated. Violations may mean dismissal and loss of future booking privileges.
No alcohol or drugs, please. Anyone under the influence will be asked to leave and lose class credit.
For the safety of everyone, no instructing or spotting fellow students. You may be asked to leave class if you are seen doing this.
Class Levels and Prerequisites:
Check the class descriptions for prerequisites before jumping in. We want to make sure you’re ready for what’s ahead. You’ll need to complete Skill Checks to move up a level or get an instructor’s thumbs-up. We do understand that some people have prior experience and we are here to help you get into the appropriate class level.
Recording in the Studio:
Recording is only allowed when instructors give the green light, usually in the last 5-10 minutes. You can only record yourself, not others, without their permission. Please mindful of posting video on social media that has others in the background. You may not record during the entire class!
Wearing Appropriate Attire:
Dressing right ensures you get the most from your time here. Wear athletic attire, short shorts and sports bras, and tank tops are for good grip. No thong-style bottoms or transparent materials without undergarments. You may not use undergarments in place of athletic attire.
